Atomos is a wealth management company with headquarters in London and Bristol and a network of regional offices across the UK. They learn what you need your money to do – give you the freedom to change careers, retire early, travel, or support younger generations.

Ask
Atomos' old website was dated, along with all other wealth management sites. They wanted something more modern, relatable and human that would appeal to a younger audience. A main business goal for the site is to convert prospective clients to have an introductory meeting with them. They also needed a solution to their confusing sitemap and inability to create new pages.

Response
I made a clean modern site utilising 3D, audience personas, illustration, data charts, UI, design tokens and a robust template solution to create new pages. I acted as art director for the illustrator to make relatable target audience personas, re-built their sitemap using templates and redesigned their UX for a clear and satisfying experience. It's relatable, approachable and easy to reach out and get it touch.

3 audience personas.

I created 3 audience personas that are relatable to the 3 kinds of clientele Atomos work with.

1. The older couple looking to invest in their/their children's futures.

2. The independent business person, they've generated wealth through business/investment.

3. The younger Bristolian, who may have come into some inheritance.

The illustrations had to work throughout the site in relevant areas and be reusable to work interchangeably on different pages.

I built out a series of template pages with many components that could be toggled on/off via the client's CMS. This gave them the flexibility to expand the site independently and create many pages within the scope and budget of the project giving them greater value.
